Refund and cancellation policy

30 days, no questions asked
If Skillfunnel Bootcamp is not what you expected, email support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com within 30 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself and there is no form to fill in.
How to ask
- Write to support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com from the email address you used at checkout, or call +55 16 3322-1680.
- Put "Refund" in the subject line.
- We confirm within one business day and issue the refund immediately after that.
When the money arrives
The refund goes back to the same card or account you paid with. Stripe issues it at once; your bank normally shows it within 5 to 10 business days, and international cards can take longer. That part is outside our control. Currency conversion differences charged by your own bank are not refundable by us.
What happens to your access
Access to the course ends when the refund is issued, and the lessons and templates may no longer be used or kept.
There is nothing to cancel
The course is a single payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel later.
Statutory rights
Brazil. Under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990) you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days of the contract or of receiving the product, and get a full refund. Our 30-day guarantee is broader and applies on top of that right.
EU and UK. Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts with your express consent, which is what you give at checkout so that you can begin straight away. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless.
Fair use
The guarantee is for people who tried the course and decided it was not for them. Repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or downloading all of the materials and then asking for the money back, may be refused and may end future access. We apply this sparingly and in good faith.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and does not cost either of us a dispute fee. If you open a chargeback without contacting us, we will respond to it with the purchase and delivery records.
