Delivery policy

This page explains exactly what you receive after paying, when, and what to do if it does not arrive.

What you receive

Immediate online access to Skillfunnel Bootcamp: 6 modules, 18 pre-recorded video lessons of roughly 12 hours in total, plus the downloadable templates and checklists that go with them, and a certificate of completion.

This is a digital product. Nothing is printed and nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no customs duties and no delivery address to give.

When

An email with your access link is sent automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, normally within 2 to 5 minutes. It goes to the address you entered at checkout.

If it does not arrive

• Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
• Confirm the address you typed at checkout was correct.
• Email support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com or call +55 16 3322-1680. We resend it manually the same business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (BRT, UTC-3).

How long you keep access

Access does not expire. It includes every update we publish to the course, at no extra cost. If we ever retire the course, existing buyers keep access for at least 12 months from the announcement.

What you need

An internet connection and a modern browser on a desktop, tablet, phone or TV. No software to install, and no paid third-party tool is required to complete the course.

Geographic availability

The course is sold worldwide, in English, except where local law or sanctions prevent it. Prices are shown in USD.
