What we own
The lessons, videos, templates, checklists, written material, layout, design, graphics and the Skillfunnel Bootcamp name and logo are owned by Isabela Oliveira Pinho or licensed to her, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including the Brazilian Copyright Act (Lei 9.610/1998) and international treaties.
Buying the course gives you the licence described in the terms of service. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
What you own
Anything you create using the templates — your own lead magnet, your own landing page copy, your own emails — belongs to you. We claim no rights over your work and no share of what you earn with it.
Third-party material
Fonts, icons and stock assets used on this site are used under their own licences. If you believe something here is used without the right licence, tell us and we correct it.
Reporting infringement
If you own a copyright and believe material on this site infringes it, send a notice to support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com with:
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the exact URL of the material you want removed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that infringes. We also apply this procedure to notices under the Brazilian Marco Civil da Internet (Lei 12.965/2014).
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We end the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.
