Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with www.skillfunnelbootcamp.com and with the course materials. It forms part of the terms of service.
Your access is personal
One purchase covers one person. Do not share your access link or credentials, and do not buy one licence for a team. If you need access for several people, write to support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com and we arrange it.
What you may do with the materials
- Use the templates, checklists and frameworks in your own business.
- Use them in work you do for your own clients.
- Adapt them to your market and your brand.
What you may not do
- Republish, resell, licence, rent or give away the lessons or templates.
- Upload them to file-sharing sites, private groups or any other public location.
- Use them to create a competing course, training programme or membership.
- Record, transcribe or scrape the lessons for redistribution, including for training a machine learning model.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice.
Using the site
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale, overload it, or use it to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material. Do not impersonate us or suggest a partnership that does not exist.
Using what you learn
The methods in the course must be applied lawfully. In particular, email marketing is regulated: obtain consent where the law requires it, identify yourself, honour unsubscribe requests, and comply with the rules that apply in the markets you send to, including the LGPD, the GDPR, the UK PECR and the US CAN-SPAM Act. We do not teach, and do not permit, the use of purchased or scraped lists.
Reporting abuse
If you see the materials shared without permission, or a security problem on the site, write to support@skillfunnelbootcamp.com. We take both seriously and we do not pursue people who report security issues to us in good faith.
Enforcement
Breaking this policy can end your access without a refund, and serious breaches may lead to a claim for damages or to a report to the competent authorities.
